*Will solve any issues that may occur with our wide variety of engineering skills available to cover all aspects of the product development process. We work very closely with our clients from the initial idea, through design and manufacturing and on to the finished product. Below is a brief overview of the complete product development process.

Initial Consultation

We will listen to your product ideas and expectations and discuss any other pertinent factors about your product. 

We will then discuss with you the complete design requirement and establish all technical and commercial options - for example:  materials, quality parameters, manufacturing processes, packaging requirements etc. Our engineers will suggest the best method of manufacture, ways to improve, enhance or refine the product and how to save costs.

Design

A detailed design, cost and co-opted funding support proposal will be submitted for your approval. Once approved we will take the concept and turn it into detailed designs from which the product can be manufactured. For product design we use a sophisticated 3D CAD system which allows us to build the product in 3D and examine every facet of its features, appearance, structural strength and integrity. We then provide you with photographic quality images which can be used to review the product and provide visual concepts for your customer base. Once you have reviewed the designs we can then make any final changes that may be required. 

Test Mould

At this stage we develop a mould to demonstrate its appearance, dimensions, load capacity and features. It is made of the same (or very similar) material as the finished item and can be used as a sample for demonstration purposes. Final design alterations are now made based on feedback and testing. At this point the final mould is manufactured.

Production

Upon approval of production samples,  production of the final item can begin.
